On 4 December 2008, Cabinet agreed to a new framework for grants management and the Finance Minister’s Instructions (FMIs) were revised accordingly.
From 1 January 2009 agencies are required to publish details of their individual grants on their website no later than seven working days after a funding agreement is signed by both parties. Information should be retained on agencies’ websites for at least two financial years and must include details in the prescribed format.
