NBA is a small, specialist Australian Government Agency, consisting of 47 staff members, located in Turner, ACT. The NBA posts all current job vacancies on this web page.

At the NBA, we are looking for people who are high performers in their current roles and who are looking for new challenges. We are a small agency of approximately 50 staff members, and the experience of working in a small organisation is different than working in a large department. The NBA needs staff who are self-motivated, professional in their approach and willing to take responsibility for doing their work and following up where necessary. We expect our employees to pitch in and help out in other areas if required.

Part-time work

Please do not be deterred if a position is advertised on a full-time basis. As a small agency, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and our ability to have arrangements that suit both the organisation and the individual. If you would like to work part-time in one of the positions, please apply and ensure that you make it clear in your covering letter that you are interested in part-time hours.

Is age a barrier?

Definitely not!! We are interested in enthusiastic and committed people, irrespective of their age. You will not experience age bias at the NBA.
